We facilitate professionally guided Pilates classes as well as incorporating Yoga and meditation sessions. Each retreat also includes a fantastic range of active and passive opportunities such as bike riding, body boarding, nature walks, massages and body treatments. We also incorporate tours and workshops.
Wholesome food... to nourish you
As well as providing delicious breakfasts, lunches and special dinners, we also incorporate cooking sessions and demonstrations. Our food is fresh with a focus on nutrition and locally sourced produce.

You can participate as much or as little in our daily guided programs as you wish.
